Initial consultation

Can be done by telephone or by a scheduled office visit.

In-home assessment

Upon consulting, we schedule an In-home Assessment to be performed. This provides us with the opportunity to determine the needs of our clients and their loved ones. Our goal of an In-home Assessment is to ensure we will be providing the desired services. This also enables us to match our client with the best suited caregiver.

Paying for services

We currently accept Private Pay, Medicaid, Florida Community Care, WellCare/Staywell, Healthy Kids, and Children's Medical Services (CMS) insurance health plans.

If the caregiver does not work out, what do you do to find a replacement?

From the beginning, we ensure that we provide the best suited caregiver match for our clients and their loved ones. If for any reason, the caregiver placed is not working out, we will work as quickly as possible to place a new caregiver. This is one of the great benefits of using an In-home care agency.
